Founding cohort · Six NZ centres · Register interest
Build your first useful AI workflow — in your own business.
Not another AI-awareness talk. Bring your laptop and one real operational problem — and leave with an AI workspace configured around your business, one tested workflow or clearly scoped prototype, and a 30–90 day plan for what to build next.
Maximum 10 businesses per cohort · $1,500 + GST per business · Up to two colleagues $500 + GST each · Whangārei, Tauranga, Hamilton, Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown
Why a room, not a rabbit hole
Most owners know AI matters. Few have the time to sit down and actually install it.
You have watched the videos, opened ChatGPT once or twice, maybe bought a tool that now sits unused. The gap is not willingness — it is a focused two days with someone who does this for a living, working on your business, not a generic demo. This is a build, not a lecture. You will leave with something running.
Who it’s for — and who it isn’t
Come if you’re…
- An owner-operator or operational decision-maker in an established B2B business
- Sitting on recurring work you suspect AI could take off your plate
- Ready to bring one real workflow and sanitised examples to work on
- Prepared to complete the pre-course Work Pack so we can route you to the right learning lane
Skip it if you’re…
- After AI theory, history, or a tour of forty tools
- Not able to bring a laptop and a genuine business problem
- Looking to be sold a done-for-you package (this stands alone)
- Expecting a finished company-wide system in two days — that is not honest
The two days
A foundation on Day 1. A working system on Day 2.
Day 01 · Install the foundation
- Choose and set up an appropriate AI platform (account, workspace, projects)
- Give it real business context — instructions, documents, knowledge
- Prompting, delegation, and verifying the output you get back
- Privacy, permissions, accuracy, and human approval gates
- Score your AI opportunities by value, feasibility, and risk
- Build a basic business co-pilot
Outcome — an AI workspace that knows enough about your business to be genuinely useful.
Day 02 · Build the first working system
- Map the current human process and its baseline effort
- Decide what AI should assist, automate, or leave human-only
- Build the workflow with your real (sanitised) business material
- Add quality checks, escalation rules, and approval gates
- Document how to run and maintain it
- Leave with a prioritised 30–90 day roadmap
Outcome — one working workflow, a reusable foundation, and a realistic plan for what is next.
Before you arrive
The Work Pack
Every business completes a short online diagnostic before the course. It captures your systems, your recurring work, your current AI level, and the outcomes you want. We turn it into a concise Implementation Pack — your prioritised opportunities, a suggested first workflow, and your learning lane — so the room is tailored to you from the first minute.
You describe your systems and workflows. You never upload customer lists, credentials, or confidential files — you bring sanitised examples to work on locally.
What you leave with
Nine things, in your hands.
- 01A configured AI workspace
- 02A concise company context pack
- 03A prioritised AI opportunity map
- 04At least one tested co-pilot or workflow
- 05Human approval & safety rules for it
- 06A record of its baseline & intended benefit
- 07A 30–90 day implementation roadmap
- 08Reusable templates & operating instructions
- 09A 30-day group implementation clinic
One foundation, three depths
Learning lanes
The whole room learns the same foundation, then works at the depth that fits — every lane converges on a real, usable outcome.
Foundation
Configure the workspace, build reliable business context, and stand up a useful everyday co-pilot with safe prompting and verification.
Workflow
Turn a recurring task into a documented, reusable AI-assisted workflow — inputs, outputs, checks, human ownership, measured benefit.
Builder
Go further into automation, integrations, or a simple agent — with permissions and failure handling done properly.

Who’s in the room with you
Waipu Stone
Founder, Stone AI Limited
An installer and operator, not a lecturer. Waipu runs AI systems inside real businesses every day and builds them for owners for a living — so the answer to “how would you actually do this?” comes from someone who does it, and builds alongside you in the room.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It is plain English, and the Work Pack tiers the material to your level. Owner-operators without a technical background are exactly who this is built for.
What do I bring?
Your laptop, one real recurring workflow you would like to improve, and sanitised examples of the work involved. Account and platform setup is covered on Day 1.
Which AI tools will we use?
The course is platform-flexible — the core principles carry across tools, so what you learn is not locked to one product. We confirm one primary teaching setup before the course so the room moves together; support for an alternative tool depends on your own setup and access. Named tools may include Claude, Codex, Kimi, OpenClaw and other appropriate coding agents, with hands-on coding-agent work sitting in the advanced (Builder) lane. This is not a tour of every AI product.
How do we handle business data?
We reduce risk by asking you to describe your systems without supplying passwords, customer lists, employee files, or unnecessary confidential material. In the room you use sanitised examples unless your business has approved the provider settings and material. You remain responsible for what you upload; we teach privacy, permissions, verification, and human-approval controls.
Is this a sales pitch for your services?
No. The course delivers stand-alone value. If you later want deeper implementation help, that is an optional next step — never a hidden requirement, and never sold from the stage.
When is the course confirmed?
Dates are set once the venue is booked and the founding cohort is confirmed — registered businesses hear first. If Stone AI does not confirm the cohort, or cancels, all course payments are refunded in full. If the event is postponed and the replacement date does not suit you, you may choose a full refund.
What are the payment and refund terms?
No payment is taken at this stage — you're registering interest. The full participation terms, including the cancellation and refund policy and the exact dates, are provided for your review before any payment is requested. If Stone AI does not confirm the cohort, or cancels, any payment is refunded in full.
Will I really leave with something working?
That is the promise: a configured foundation and one tested workflow — or an honestly labelled prototype if your build is more ambitious — plus a roadmap. We do not promise a finished company-wide system in two days, because that would not be true.
Founding cohort — request a place
Two days. One working system. A plan for the rest.
Each founding cohort is limited to 10businesses; exact dates and the first centre are confirmed once a venue is booked, and registered businesses hear first. Tell us a little about your business and the workflow you want to improve. This is a request, not a payment — Waipu confirms your place and the official checkout follows.
